To quickly access your program phone number, scroll to the top of this page and click on the blue button for "Find My Company | Log In." 

We have expanded our Telehealth services during the COVID-19 pandemic allowing for more providers to conduct telehealth video and/or phone sessions for all routine EAP services. Click on the Find Care tab above, then select "Telehealth" from the "Choose a Provider List*" dropdown.
